Instruments for Sale

1930’s Dobro mandolin. The mandolin's neck is straight and has super low action. It is easily playable, has a nice tone, and is loud.

This mandolin is in good shape and has no structural issues. I wish I will be in as good of shape when I’m 90. It also appears to be all original with the exception of the tailpiece.

That said, this mandolin has obviously been played for 90 years.

There are indentations in the wood and the nickel plating has worn off in spots on the resonator plate. There is a slight gap in the back binding where two pieces meet by the neck. The cover right over the bridge is bent slightly. There is one screw missing from the resonator cover plate. See the pictures for details.
